Roberts is a senior news analyst for National Public Radio, a political
commentator for ABC News, and co-writes a popular syndicated weekly newspaper
with her husband. She is the author of several bestselling books, including We
Are Our Mothers’ Daughters , Founding Mothers , and Ladies of
Liberty . Roberts has earned the Edward R. Murrow Award, three Emmys, and in
2008 the Library of Congress honored her with the rare title of “Living
